The following information relates to grazing box bookings for home delivery or collection. Booking information for catering and grazing tables will be provided by email.
Delivery and collection information
We are able to deliver to addresses within a 4 mile drive of our Broomhill premises at 486 Glossop Road, S10 2QA (we are always happy to deliver outside of this area if we can for a small charge - please contact us to discuss before ordering).
If you are outside our 4 mile free delivery area charges are as follows:
£3 for delivery between 4-7 miles
£5 for orders between 7-10 miles
We will quote for deliveries further than 10 miles
If we are able to fulfil your order we will let you know what the delivery charge will be and will send an invoice by email. Please note that delivery charges are not automatically applied during checkout.
Deliveries take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10.30am-12.30pm. We are happy to discuss delivery on different days and at different times and will always try to accommodate this if we can.
Collections from Broomhill are available at 9.30-9.45am on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Orders for Wednesday and Thursday must be placed by 6pm on Monday, orders for Friday must be placed by 6pm on Wednesday and orders for Saturday must be placed by 6pm on Thursday. Once delivery slots are fully booked these will be removed from the list.
If you'd like to discuss orders for different days in the week or future dates please email us. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice for bespoke bookings.
Known allergens are listed within the online shop and on our box packaging but please note that we cannot guarantee any items are free of any allergens. Items are made and assembled in places where a variety of allergens, including nuts, are present and we cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination has occurred. Customers with allergies accept responsibility for ordering from our online shop with this in mind.
Please let us know during checkout or by email if you have any allergies we need to be aware of.
Cancellations and refunds
We are unable to refund orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery/collection. Orders cancelled before this are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if you need to cancel or rearrange an order.
